Blake Stretton, the president of the CSU TriTeam has offered to host the camp with the help of his coach and team. There are many ideas floating around the MCTC as to what makes a good tri camp. Now would be a good time to chime in, to be heard.
Ideas include a summer training workshop to promote the triathlon lifestyle by teaching people how to train on their own without the support of a collegiate team. This workshop would make planning the camp during the end of the school year appropriate. One other bonus of planning the camp early in the summer is that it will be a good way to help promote the conference race schedule which falls mostly in the fall semester.
